The short answer: for 200 or more guests, choose a plan with no cap on guests or uploads. QR Album, GuestPix and GuestCam all start at $49 with unlimited uploads (GuestCam on sale). Kululu's $39 plan stops at 500 uploads, so a big wedding needs its $99 plan. QR Album also collects voice notes. Prices checked October 16, 2026.

• You want branding tools: Kululu Pro, $99. Plus at $39 stops at 500 uploads.
• You want photos, videos and voice notes from every guest, at 1 flat price: QR Album, from $49, is the best fit.

Guest limits and upload caps, plan by plan

• QR Album: unlimited guests and unlimited photos, videos and voice notes on every paid plan.
• GuestPix: unlimited under a fair use policy of up to 1,000 guests per event. Above that, custom packages.
• GuestCam: unlimited guests, photos and videos on both plans.
• Kululu: unlimited guests, but Plus caps uploads at 500. With 200 guests, that's 2.5 files each. Pro removes the cap.

Most storage for the lowest price: what to compare

• Upload caps first: at $49, QR Album, GuestPix and GuestCam take every photo and video guests send. That decides a big wedding.
• Upload window: GuestPix Classic 3 months, GuestCam 6, Kululu Pro 3. QR Album guests upload while the album is online: 90 days, 6 months or 1 year.
• Price per guest: at 200 guests, $49 is about 25 cents each.
