How to do it

Step by step, written for hosts rather than for engineers.

Every guide here was run start to finish before it was published. No screenshots of menus that have since moved, and no step that assumes you already know which button it means.

Each one starts with how long it takes and what to have on hand. Where a step can fail, it tells you how you would know and what to do next.

Nobody planning a wedding wants to learn software. These are the shortest path to the result, not a tour of the product.

When a guide goes stale it gets rewritten, not annotated. A correction stapled under a wrong step helps nobody who started at the top.

Each one assumes you are doing this once. That changes what gets explained and what gets skipped: no setting is described because it exists, only because you will hit it. It also means the guides are written to be read on a phone, standing up, three days before the wedding, by someone who has already read too many tabs. If a step needs a paragraph of background to make sense, that is usually a sign the step is wrong, not the reader.

The one thing worth doing before any of these: run the guest upload yourself, on a phone that has never seen your account, from a normal signal. Ten minutes, and it catches nearly everything the guides below exist to explain after the fact.
