WedUploader vs GuestPix: cost, storage and voice messages
WedUploader costs $39 once and saves to your own Google Drive. GuestPix costs $49 to $119 and hosts the gallery for 12 months. Which one fits your wedding?

The short answer: WedUploader is the cheaper of the 2. Premium costs $39 once, adds voice messages and a live slideshow, and saves every file to your own Google Drive with no end date. GuestPix costs $49, $89 or $119, hosts the gallery for 12 months or more and adds invitations, but takes no voice messages. QR Album collects voices, photos and videos in one guest album from $49. Which one suits you?
- You already pay for Google storage and want every file in your own Drive: WedUploader is the cheapest way there.
- You want invitations, RSVPs and a hosted gallery in one purchase: GuestPix.
- You want voices, photos and videos in one album that guests enjoy too, without managing storage: QR Album.
WedUploader: straight into your Google Drive
- Strength: guests scan a QR code and upload in the browser, with no app and no account. Every photo and video goes straight into your Google Drive in original quality, so you own the files from the start.
- Cost: the basic uploader costs nothing. Premium is $39 once for all your albums and adds voice messages, a real-time gallery, a slideshow photo wall and a written guestbook. A seating chart is $19 extra.
- Limit: you sign in with Google, and Google's free storage tops out at 15 GB, shared with Gmail. Video fills it fast. The site names no money-back guarantee.
GuestPix: a hosted gallery with invitations
- Strength: unlimited photos and videos, a live slideshow on every plan, likes and comments, and a written or video guestbook. Digital invitations and RSVPs come with it.
- Cost: Classic $49 (3 months of uploads, 12 months online), Signature $89 (12 months of both) and Signature Bundle $119 (3 galleries, 24 months from purchase).
- Limit: no voice messages on any plan, and fair use caps an event at 1,000 guests. The pricing page promises a 14-day money-back guarantee; the host terms of August 8, 2026 don't repeat it.
QR Album: voices, photos and videos in one album
- Voices on the day and after: guests record a message at the reception and can still send photos, videos and voice notes days later.
- With names: guests can add their name to each post. On Grand, every voice note is transcribed automatically.
- One album for everyone: public or private, with likes and comments. From Celebrate, new posts also appear on the live photo wall at the venue.
- Simple: no app and no account for guests, on any phone. You pick the album design, and photos and videos stay in original quality.

No. With WedUploader, GuestPix and QR Album, guests scan a QR code or open a link and upload in the browser.
