Is GuestPix worth it? Cost, limits and who runs it

GuestPix costs $49, $89 or $119 once, hosts for 12 months or more and caps events at 1,000 guests. When it's worth the money, when it isn't, and who runs it.

A friend films a toast with his phone at a loft wedding reception with exposed brick

The short answer: GuestPix is worth it if you want a hosted gallery for a full year with a slideshow and invitations: Signature costs $89 once for 12 months. Classic at $49 already hosts for 12 months, with 3 months of uploads. It isn't the right pick if you want voice messages, which no GuestPix plan offers. QR Album collects voices, photos and videos from $49. Prices checked October 16, 2026.

When GuestPix is worth it

  • Worth it: you want the gallery online for 12 months or longer, a slideshow at the venue and digital invitations with RSVPs in one purchase. That's GuestPix.
  • Try it first: the free plan takes 50 photos over 30 days, with no videos. Enough for a test, not for the wedding.
  • Not the right fit: you want guests' voices, photos and videos in one album that everyone enjoys. That's QR Album.

What GuestPix costs

  • Classic, $49: 1 gallery, 3 months of uploads and 12 months online, counted from the event date.
  • Signature, $89: 12 months of uploads and hosting, your own colors and fonts. GuestPix calls it the most popular plan.
  • Signature Bundle, $119: 3 separate galleries, 24 months counted from the purchase date. Useful for an engagement party, rehearsal dinner and wedding.
  • Every paid plan: unlimited photos and videos, a live slideshow, likes and comments, and a written or video guestbook. Fair use caps an event at 1,000 guests.

Is GuestPix legit?

  • Who runs it: GUESTPIX PTY LTD in Adelaide, South Australia, founded in June 2022. US sales go through GUESTPIX LLC in Wyoming.
  • Refunds: every paid card shows a 14-day money-back guarantee. The host terms of August 8, 2026 don't repeat it, so keep a screenshot of the pricing page.
  • Reviews: GuestPix shows 4.8 from 46 reviews on its own pricing page. Those are its own customer reviews, not an independent rating.

QR Album: when you want voices too

  • Voices on the day and after: guests record a message at the reception and can still send photos, videos and voice notes days later.
  • With names: guests can add their name to each post. On Grand, every voice note is transcribed automatically.
  • One album for everyone: public or private, with likes and comments. From Celebrate, new posts also appear on the live photo wall at the venue.
  • Simple: no app and no account for guests, on any phone. You pick the album design, and photos and videos stay in original quality.
