1. Who you contract with
The service is provided by the company named in the imprint. These terms apply to hosts who create an album; guests upload without an account and without a contract.
2. The service
One private album per celebration: guests add photos, videos and voice notes via QR code, and the host manages and downloads them. Plans and what they include are listed on the pricing page.
3. Prices and payment
Paid plans are a one-off payment per celebration — no subscription, nothing renews. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
4. Your content
Uploads remain yours. We store them only to run the album, never sell them, and never train anything on them. The host is responsible for having the right to collect the guests’ media.
5. The album’s lifetime
Albums stay available for the period included in the plan and are deleted at its end. Download your originals before then — deletion is permanent.
6. Closing provisions
German law applies; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain untouched. If one clause is invalid, the rest stays in force.
