Short answer

The sales kit is not a folder of brochures. It is 3 things you put in front of a client: a working demo album under your own brand, the 3 business tiers, and your own domain as the return address.

No screen in the dashboard hands you the kit. You assemble it from the brand, a demo event and the figures the last event already produced.

Show it before you describe it

A client who opens a working album on a phone has the whole proposition in seconds: the scan, the page, the pictures arriving. No feature list does that, and no slide replaces it. So the demo album is the first item in the kit, and every other part of the conversation comes after the client has held it.

Build it inside the workspace whose brand the client should see, upload 10 or 15 pictures through the guest link yourself, and send the album link rather than a screenshot.

  1. Get the brand live first. A brand still in draft shows nothing of yours to a client.
  2. Build 1 demo album and fill it. 10 or 15 pictures, uploaded through the guest link yourself.
  3. Send the link, then talk tiers. That order is what keeps the conversation short.

The 3 tiers, in 1 sentence each

Once the album has done its work, the tier question answers itself from 2 numbers: events a year, and people who need access. Studio carries 1 person under 1 brand. Agency carries a team and as many client identities as you sell to, and Enterprise removes the caps.

All 3 are prepaid in blocks of 6 or 12 months rather than billed month by month, so the rate below is a display figure and not a payment.

The attribution line is the row that separates Studio from Agency, and it is the one a client can see on the demo you just sent.

Your own name as the return address

Everything the client sees should carry your name: the demo on your own domain, your support address in the footer, your own legal notice. A brand still in draft shows none of it, and going live is reviewed by a person rather than switched on by you, so ask for that review well before the week of the pitch.

Link from your own website to your own demo instead of to the platform. Somebody ready to hire you should stay with you.

Numbers for the follow-up

Every event carries an Insights tab on every plan, with contributions split by photo, video and voice note and how often the guest page was opened. Rolling several events into 1 view, and exporting a CSV a client would accept, belongs to Agency and Enterprise.

Pull the report a few days after the event, once the late uploads have arrived. Scans are not attendance, because 1 person scanning twice counts twice, so give the ratio of scans to contributions rather than the raw count.

Getting into the program

If you are not a partner yet, you apply with your company, the kind of business you run, an estimate of events a year, the tier you think you need, and a contact. A person reads it, and on approval an organization is created that carries your brand, your domains, your seats and your event allowance.

Meanwhile the whole path is testable on a personal account, which costs a per-event purchase at most.

Keep 1 kit rather than rebuilding it

A demo event counts against your annual event allowance like any other, so 1 well-made demo per brand beats a fresh one for every pitch. Archive it when a client signs instead of deleting it, and it is ready for the next conversation.

It also runs on its own retention window, so check before a pitch that the demo is still live and still carries the current brand.

Common questions

What is actually in the sales kit?

A demo album under your brand, the 3 tiers, your own domain, and the figures from a real event.

Is there a sales kit screen in the dashboard?

No. You assemble it from the brand, a demo event and the Insights figures.

What do I show first?

The demo album, open on a phone. Tiers come after that, never before.

Which tier do I recommend?

It follows from events a year and people who need access. Several client identities means Agency.

What do I report after the event?

Contributions by kind, and scans against contributions, a few days later.
